Charcuterie Boards and Serving Trays are perfect for cutting, serving, and displaying meats, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, tapas, bread or crackers. They make a very attractive and functional addition to any table.
Each board is unique so the shape, wood grain, and tone can vary. If you are looking for a different size, design, color or personalization, email us and we will make every effort to create just the cutting board you are looking for.
All our handcrafted boards are available in a variety of wood species, sizes and features (juice grooves, routed handles, rubber feet). They are beautifully hand sanded and finished with food grade mineral oil and conditioned with our home-made Board Butter - our blend of mineral food-grade mineral oil and beeswax. The vibrant colors are the natural colors of the wood - no dyes or stains are used.
Along with your board’s care and cleaning instructions, each purchase also includes our 2 oz. tin of home-made Board Butter conditioner which is a blend of food grade mineral oil and beeswax. Your board will remain beautiful and last for years to come with proper care, that includes hand washing with hot soapy water (taking care not to soak your board) and towel drying after each use. Board butter conditioning is recommended at least every 3 months or whenever your board begins to look dry.
Laser Personalization is also available for most boards. Just send an email to info@gsboardworks.com and let us know what you'd like to have engraved including any preferred font or image. We'll design a few options and when you're satisfied with the design, we'll create your personalized board.
